CUBIQ FOODS S.L. stores and processes your personal data to answer to your requests.  The personal data shall be stored for as long as permissible under the Spanish legislation.

Your data will not be used to take automated decisions.

Rights

Your principal rights under data protection law are:

(a)   the right to access; you have the right to address CUBIQ FOODS S.L. to request the following information: (i) whether the personal data are being processed, (ii) the purpose of such processing and (iii) information concerning the origin of the data and the transfers to third parties that have been made or that are planned to be made.

(b)   the right to rectification; you have the right to rectification of the inaccurate data or, when appropriate, to request the deletion when, among other reasons, the data is not necessary any more for the purposes for which it was collected.

However, there are exclusions of the right to erasure. (d)   the right to restrict processing; you might have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your data in certain circumstances, in which case CUBIQ FOODS S.L. shall only maintain the data needed for the exercise or defence of legal claims.

(g)   the right to withdraw consent; to the extent that the legal basis for our processing of your personal information is consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal; and

(h)   the right to complain to a supervisory authority such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
